Coating Methods
Gavin recognizes the importance of a high-quality finish on our site furnishings. Thats's why we offer a state-of-the-art polyester powder finish on all metal components. Three key elements are essential to achieving an attractive and durable finish: proper surface prefaration, proper application of powder and proper curing.
All metal components offered by Gavin are:
1. blasted to white metal
2. coated with zinc rich primer
3. finished with a top coat of polyester powder
4. cured for approximately 20 minutes.
